I should start out by saying that my real name is Amy. My family calls me Pip, which I can elaborate on in a future post. I’m originally from Colorado but in 2021 I moved to Savannah, Georgia for a fresh start. I love every single dog I meet and have three of my own at home (Jude’s little backend is in my picture, which seemed fitting). I would consider myself a beer enthusiast – meaning that I am definitely enthusiastic about drinking beer but have no real knowledge of the process of making it or what constitutes a certain type of beer. I studied psychology in college and have worked in two locked psychiatric facilities. I now work in the veterinary field, as well as on the beach at a small boutique.

What sets me apart from most is that I adore people. I enjoy getting to know others and learning their stories. I still believe that if you dig deep enough, you’ll find that we are all fairly similar. My goal with this blog is to bring people together by creating a space for stories to be shared, questions to be asked, and dance parties to be had.
